- Imperial College of London has officially launched a new facility for cultivated meat and precision fermentation research, known as Imperial’s Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein
- The funding for the new research facility is being provided by the Bezos Earth Fund, the charitable foundation of Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) founder Jeff Bezos
